Refund policy

3D Mapping Tools is operated by Midsouth Drone Services, LLC. Please read this policy before you order. Every return needs our approval first: email sales@3dmappingtools.com or call (901) 444-0804 with your order number, and we will send return instructions. Items sent back without approval may be refused.

Emlid products

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be in like-new condition, in the original packaging, with all accessories, manuals and any included extras.
• A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned Emlid products.

LiDAR equipment

LiDAR scanners, LiDAR payloads and LiDAR systems are not returnable and are not eligible for a refund. This includes GreenValley LiGrip and other GreenValley LiDAR equipment, Inertial Labs RESEPI, and DJI Zenmuse L-series payloads.

Software

Software and software licenses are not returnable and are not eligible for a refund. This includes FieldGenius, Emlid Flow, LiDAR360, DJI Terra and all other software and subscriptions.

All other products

Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returns of other products are accepted only with our prior approval and may be subject to the manufacturer's return terms and a restocking fee.

Return shipping

The customer pays for return shipping and insurance. Please insure the package for its full value; we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged in shipping

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery and send photos of both the shipping box and the item. Please keep all packaging until the claim is settled. Damage reported after 3 days, or without photos, may not be eligible for a claim.

Warranty

Products are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. If something fails, contact us and we will help you file the warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less any restocking fee, after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
