Quickbooks App Terms

Terms of Service — QuickBooks Integration

Effective date: October 19, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Midsouth Drone Services, LLC, doing business as 3D Mapping Tools ("we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of our QuickBooks integration (the "App"). By connecting or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the App for a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that business.

1. What the App does

The App connects to your QuickBooks Online company, with your permission, to read and work with your business data. For example, it can prepare orders for shipping, create shipping orders in services you use, and keep product information in sync. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle that data.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:

copy, modify, resell, or redistribute the App,
reverse engineer it, except where the law expressly allows,
use it to break any law or to violate anyone else's rights, or
try to get unauthorized access to the App, its systems, or other users' data.

3. Your accounts and third-party services

To use the App you need your own QuickBooks Online account. You may also need accounts with other services the App connects to, such as a shipping platform. Those services are provided by their own companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. You are responsible for keeping your accounts secure and for everything that happens under them.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. All other trademarks belong to their owners.

4. Your data and your responsibility

Your business data remains yours. You give us permission to access and process it only as needed to provide the App. You are responsible for:

the accuracy of the data in your accounts, and
reviewing what the App produces, such as shipping orders, addresses, and quantities, before you rely on it.

5. Fees

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the App is provided at no additional charge. If we introduce fees, we will tell you before they apply, and you may stop using the App instead.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the App reliable, but it may sometimes be unavailable. Reasons include maintenance, updates, and outages at Intuit or other connected services. We may change, add, or remove features at any time.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THIS INCLUDES ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and disconnect it at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Sections 4, 7, 8, 9, and 11 continue to apply after termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mississippi.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
