Privacy Policy — QuickBooks Integration

This Privacy Policy explains how Midsouth Drone Services, LLC, doing business as 3D Mapping Tools ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you connect our QuickBooks integration (the "App") to your QuickBooks Online company.

1. Information we access

When you connect the App, you sign in with Intuit and choose to authorize access to your QuickBooks Online company. With that permission, the App may access:

Customer information: names, company names, email addresses, phone numbers, and billing and shipping addresses.
Sales records: invoices, sales receipts, estimates, and the line items on them.
Products and services: item names, SKUs, descriptions, and prices.
Connection details: your QuickBooks company ID and the access tokens Intuit issues so the App can connect on your behalf.

We never see or store your Intuit password. Sign-in happens on Intuit's own pages.

2. How we use information

We use this information only to provide the App's features, such as:

reading orders so they can be prepared and shipped,
creating shipping orders in the shipping services you use,
keeping product and pricing information consistent between your systems, and
troubleshooting problems and keeping the App working.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or use it for advertising.

3. How we share information

We share information only when it is needed to run the App or when the law requires it:

Services you direct us to use. For example, order and shipping details are sent to your shipping platform (such as ShipStation) to create a shipment.
Service providers. These include hosting and infrastructure providers who process data for us under confidentiality obligations.
Legal requirements. We share information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Business transfers. If our business is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner under the same protections described here.

4. How we protect information

Data moves between the App, Intuit, and other services over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. Access tokens are stored securely and used only by the App. We limit access to the people who need it to operate and support the App.

5. How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as the App needs it to perform its functions, or as long as the law requires us to keep business records. When you disconnect the App, we stop accessing your QuickBooks data and delete the stored access tokens. On request, we delete any other QuickBooks data we hold unless the law requires us to keep it.

6. Your choices

Disconnect at any time. You can disconnect from inside the App or from the Apps section of your QuickBooks Online account.
Request access or deletion. Contact us using the details below to ask what information we hold or to have it deleted.

7. Intuit and QuickBooks

The App connects to QuickBooks Online using Intuit's official interfaces. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. Intuit's own privacy statement governs how Intuit handles your data inside QuickBooks.

8. Children

The App is a business tool. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the updated policy.
